This
small wallhanging was inspired by the famous Cliffs of Moher overhanging
the Atlantic Ocean in West Clare. For several years it hung in my husband's
office in lieu of a real window.
The wallhanging was constructed from cotton using a strip piecing method.The
quilting was used to emphasise the detail and horizontal striation of
the rock.
